You walk in and you’re treated like family! I’ve only been there 2ce (from out of town), however, it is my sister’s favorite jewelry store, so we popped in. The first time, Stacey was kind enough to give me a free necklace. Second time I just moved back to Pgh. My sister and I were waited on by Missy who is just a delight. These women are the consummate professionals while maintaining a great sense of humor! Great place to shop, as their prices are reasonable and sales are fabulous!

She said YES! Stacey Brooks-Tavolario is the best jeweler you could ask for. I went to a few stores in the Clark Building but after spending a few minutes talking to Stacey I knew I was buying my ring here. She is very knowledgeable and taught me so much about diamonds to make sure I got the perfect ring for my fiancée. Her prices and selection are great but her personality and assistance is unbeatable. We highly recommend Brooks Diamonds and we will definitely be back for our wedding bands. Thank you Stacey!

I could not be more pleased with the experience I had at Brooks diamonds. Stacy and her staff are very friendly and very helpful. They want above and beyond to make sure we got the ring that we loved. I highly recommend that anybody looking for jewelry, especially engagement rings, go to Brooks!

The women at Brooks Diamonds were absolutely incredible. As young professionals (actually not that young - 26 & 30), we seemed to be treated as if we weren’t serious about purchasing a ring at other stores. As soon as we walked into Brooks, everyone was very welcoming with me & my now fiancée. They treated us with the utmost respect. They will take their time with you & let you look at plenty of diamonds/bands. Usually when you go to these stores, they will tell you whatever is more expensive looks the best but at Brooks they were straight forward with us which is what we wanted. Stacey was great to work with & responds promptly. Very hassle-free & willing to work with you (I don’t even live in Pennsylvania). Lastly, the price & quality of the ring aka two most important things were impeccable. She can’t stop looking at her finger. I constantly catch her putting her hand near any source of light just so she can watch the reflection flicker back & forth like a little kid. I couldn’t be happier with my experience at Brooks.

My husband's tech job introduced him to Stacy and Brooks Diamonds and he immediately knew that's where he would go for my ring. Stacy is SO kind, outgoing, and knowledgeable about her products. She worked with my husband to custom design my engagement ring and make sure it was perfect. When we went in for our bands, her employee was patient and really listened to what my husband wanted. We both love our rings so much! They also deep cleaned my engagement ring for free the week of my wedding, they did curbside drop of and pick up, making it super easy. Stacy cares so much about her customers and has items of all price ranges. I would really encourage you to support a local business and go to Brooks Diamonds for your rings or any other jewelry!

This has become a beloved family jeweler. Myself and my two older brothers came here to buy engagement rings. This jeweler creates a trusting and comfortable environment with so many quality options. They had patience throughout the process while providing guidance and expertise. I will continue to go here in the future. Thank you very much for a memorable and transparent experience from when I walked into the doors until I picked up the beautiful ring for my now fiance. Shoutout to Stacey for showing me so many great options and helping me land on the most exquisite ring I have ever seen.

I loved every experience I’ve had at Brooks Diamonds. After I got engaged with an heirloom ring, my fiancé and I went to the Clark Building and walked around. The only shop we went into was Brooks Diamonds. Missy helped us and she just was able to read and figure out what my style is in a few minutes. Stacey, the owner, was in the background also throwing out ideas as well. They were so friendly and transparent. We went back for our wedding bands months later and they were again, amazing to work with. They provided us with variety and worked with us on what we were looking for. I appreciate their transparency and just how down to earth they are. Picking jewelry can be intimidating but they made me feel so comfortable and judgment free when it comes to pricing. Highly recommend for any jewelry shopping but for engagement and wedding rings, they are wonderful and the experts!

Obviously I have no intentions of buying another engagement ring, but if I ever had to, I’d come right back here. Stacey did a wonderful job tailoring the ring to my needs and not pressuring me to go out of any price range. The ring is beautiful and my fiancée has gotten nothing but compliments from it! So happy I found this place

Everything about the experience was amazing! After the first minute of stepping into the store, I knew this is where I wanted to buy the ring. Stacey and Missy were great to work with. We will absolutely be back for our wedding bands!
